If you have Office 2007 or Office 2010 installed, you can use the new build feature to save a document, spreadsheet, or Access report as a PDF. If you are using an earlier version of Office or other Windows software, you can install software that will act like a printer that will take the output sent to the printer and save it as a PDF file.

Installing PrimoPDF is very simple. Once installed, when you go to print from any Windows application, simply select the printer named PrimiPDF. One of the great features of PrimoPDF is that you can select the post-processing action to email. This will create the PDF and automatically open a new email message with the new PDF automatically attached.
